口腔修复中应用组织修形高频电刀的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Tissue Modification High Frequency Electrotome in Prosthodontics

目的:研究组织修形高频电刀应用于口腔修复治疗的效果。方法:本文研究对象均选自2018年1月~2020年9月的口腔修复患者当中,共抽选80例,根据口腔修复治疗方案,将以上患者随机分为两组,接受常规口腔修复治疗的患者均纳入对照组,使用组织修形高频电刀进行修复治疗的患者纳入观察组。将组间修复治疗效果、修复满意度情况及相关功能指标展开比对,同时比较组间食物嵌塞发生情况。结果:对观察组所纳入患者的临床总有效率依据标准进行评定为97.50%,对照组评定为80.00%,观察组明显占据更高水平,P<0.05;观察组修复满意度评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组口腔咀嚼功能评分、牙齿舒适度评分、修复体美观度评分以及牙齿固定功能评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组食物嵌塞率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:于口腔修复治疗中应用组织修形高频电刀可促进口腔形态、口腔功能改善,提高修复效果。

Objective:To study the effect of tissue modification high-frequency electrotome in prosthodontics.Methods:The subjects of this study were all selected from the patients with prosthodontics from January 2018 to September 2020.A total of 80 patients were selected.According to the prosthodontics treatment plan,the above patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients who received routine prosthodontics were included in the control group,and the patients who used tissue modification high-frequency electrotome for prosthodontics were included in the observation group.The repair treatment effect,repair satisfaction and related functional indicators were compared between the groups,and the incidence of food impaction was compared between the groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the patients included in the observation group was 97.50%and that of the control group was 80.00%,which was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05);The repair satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The scores of oral masticatory function,tooth comfort,prosthetic aesthetics and tooth fixation function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The food impaction rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of tissue modification high frequency electrotome in oral prosthodontics can improve oral morphology and oral function,improve the effect of prosthodontics,and has the value of popularization and application.
