经超声引导下微波消融与传统甲状腺手术治疗对甲状腺良性肿瘤患者甲状腺功能的影响

Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Microwave Ablation and Traditional Thyroid Surgery on Thyroid Function in Patients with Benign Thyroid Tumors

目的:研究经超声引导下对甲状腺良性肿瘤罹患者予以微波消融或是传统甲状腺手术治疗,对其甲状腺功能所产生的积极影响。方法:对本院收治入科的甲状腺良性肿瘤患者予以搜集60例,时间搜集范围为2020年2月~2021年2月,按照研究方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者30例,采用传统甲状腺手术治疗,观察组患者30例,采用超声引导下微波消融术治疗。评估两组治疗效果、记录手术时间、手术出血量、统计并发症发生率、分析治疗前及治疗半年后血清FT3、FT4、TSH等相关指标。结果:观察组治疗效果高于对照组,在手术用时与出血量的统计方面,数据低于对照组,并发症发生率相较对照组同样居于更低水平,差异均呈显著性(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的血清FT3、FT4、TSH等指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05),而两组治疗后各项指标均比治疗前有所改善,但与对照组相比较,观察组血清FT3和FT4等指标呈更高水平、TSH指标呈更低水平(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下针对甲状腺良性肿瘤罹患者施予微波消融术,所具临床效果颇为显著,对于手术及住院时间均有所缩短,且减少了出血量和并发症,还有效降低对甲状腺功能的影响。

Objective:To study the positive impact of microwave ablation of thyroid tumors under ultrasound-guidance or traditional thyroid surgical treatment,the positive impact of its thyroid function.Methods:A total of 60 patients with benign thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital were collected.The collection time range was from February 2020 to February 2021,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different research methods.30 patients in the control group were treated with traditional thyroid surgery;30 patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated,the operation time,the amount of surgical blood loss,the incidence of complications were recorded,and the serum FT3,FT4,TSH and other related indicators were analyzed before and after half a year of treatment.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the statistics of operation time and blood loss were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was also at a lower level than that of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum FT3,FT4,TSH and other indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),while after treatment,the indexes in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,but compared with the control group,the observation group Serum FT3 and FT4 and other indexes showed higher levels,and TSH indexes showed lower levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic guidance is aimed at microwave ablation against thyroid tumors,and the clinical effect is quite significant.It has been shortened for surgery and hospitalization,and the amount of hemorrhage and complications are also effectively reduced to thyroid function.
