腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Ovarian Cyst Stripping Under Laparoscopic Treatment

目的:评价腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术治疗卵巢囊肿疾病的临床优势,为妇科治疗提供参考。方法:选择2019年3月~2020年1月本院妇科诊治的110例卵巢囊肿疾病患者,经伦理委员会批准进行治疗随机法分组(对照组、观察组)。对照组55例患者采取传统开腹术式,观察组55例患者采取腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术。比较2组卵巢囊肿疾病患者的手术情况,包括手术指标、卵巢功能、术后并发症情况。结果:卵巢囊肿患者组间手术时间等手术指标比较,观察组患者均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);组间术后切口感染、卵巢粘连、腹部疼痛并发症比较,观察组并发症发生率(1.81%)低于对照组(P<0.05);组间术后1个月卵巢功能指标黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)水平比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:对比开腹术式,腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥离术治疗卵巢囊肿疾病可以改善患者手术指标、提高患者安全性、减少卵巢功能影响,促进患者康复。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical advantages of laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping in the treatment of ovarian cyst disease,and to provide references for gynecological treatment.Methods:Select 110 patients with ovarian cyst disease who were diagnosed and treated by the Department of Gynecology in our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020,and were randomly divided into groups(control group,observation group)approved by the ethics committee.The 55 patients in the control group underwent traditional laparotomy,and the 55 patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst dissection.The surgical conditions of the two groups of patients with ovarian cyst disease were compared,including surgical indicators,ovarian function,and postoperative complications.Results:Compared with the operation time and other surgical indicators between the ovarian cyst patients,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);In the comparison of postoperative incision infection,ovarian adhesion and abdominal pain complications between the groups,the incidence of complications in the observation group(1.81%)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of ovarian function indicators luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)between groups at 1 month after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with laparotomy,laparoscopic ovarian cyst dissection for the treatment of ovarian cyst disease can improve patients’surgical indicators,improve patient safety,reduce the impact of ovarian function,and promote patient recovery.
