一体式负压静脉留置针在泌尿外科的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Integrated Negative Pressure Venous Indwelling Needle in Urology Department

目的:对一体式负压静脉留置针在泌尿外科中的临床应用效果展开分析。方法:选取天津市第三中心医院泌尿外科于2020年3月~2021年3月收治的108例住院患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例;对照组采用静脉分体式留置针,观察组采用一体式负压静脉留置针,比较两组的应用效果。结果:经治疗,观察组的留置时间为(79.12±10.51)h,高于对照组的(68.52±14.38)h(P<0.05);观察组的一次穿刺成功率为98.15%,高于对照组的88.89%(P>0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为3.70%,低于对照组的14.81%(P>0.05)。观察组的满意度为96.30%;高于对照组的87.04%(P<0.05)。结论:一体式负压静脉留置针具有更好的防菌、防感染效果,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of integrated negative pressure venous indwelling needle in urology.Methods:108 hospitalized patients in Urology Department of Tianjin Third Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group;The control group was treated with separate venous indwelling needle,and the observation group was treated with integrated negative pressure venous indwelling needle.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the indwelling time of observation group was(79.12±10.51)h,which was higher than that of control group(68.52±14.38)h(P<0.05).The success rate of one puncture in the observation group was 98.15%,which was higher than 88.89%in the control group(P>0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 3.70%,which was lower than 14.81%in the control group(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.30%,higher than 87.04%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated negative pressure vein indwelling needle has better effect of bacteria prevention and infection prevention,and reduces the incidence of complications.
