Early diagnosis and risk stratification of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome

非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSTE-ACS)的早期诊断及危险分层目前仍面临诸多挑战,本综述梳理近期发表的NSTE-ACS临床研究,重点论述该疾病临床诊断及治疗的相关进展,以及利用心肌坏死标志物进行早期诊断及应用冠状动脉腔内影像学进行危险分层的相关进展,为临床上对该病的诊治提供借鉴.

At present,the early diagnosis and risk stratification of non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS)still remain facing a lot of challenges.This paper reviews the important recently published clinical studies related to NSTE-ACS,focusing on the discussion of related progresses of its diagnosis and treatment,puting emphasis on using myocardial necrosis biomarker to carry out early diagnosis and applying intra-coronary imaging to perform risk stratification in order to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
