硕士研究生学位论文“五融五筑”质量保障体系的构建与实践

硕士学位论文质量是衡量硕士研究生培养质量的核心指标,加强其质量保障体系建设尤为重要。结合部分省份硕士研究生学位论文近年的通讯评议结果来看,学位论文选题、科研能力培养与训练、培养环境与质量保障是硕士研究生学位论文质量的主要影响因素。桂林理工大学结合实践探索构建的“五融五筑”硕士研究生学位论文质量保障体系,通过筑牢思想阵地、激励导向、管控制度、质量防线和诚信底线,形成了“一个阵地、两条主线”和“一个导向、两条防线”的工作思路,增强了师生对学位论文质量的思想认同、研究生的学术创新能力和实践创新能力,提升了硕士研究生学位论文质量。

The quality of master’s theses is the core index to measure the quality of postgraduate cultivation,so it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of its quality assurance system.According to the recent communication review results of master’s degree theses in some provinces,the main factors affecting the quality of master’s degree theses are the selection of topic,the cultivation and training of scientific research ability,the cultivation environment and quality assurance.In combination with practice to build the “five-integration &five-construction”quality assurance system for master’s degree theses,Guilin University of Technology has formed the working ideas of “one position,two main lines”and “one guidance,two defense lines”by building a strong ideological position,incentive orientation,control system,quality defense line and integrity bottom line,which has enhanced the ideological recognition of teachers and students on the quality of theses and the academic innovation ability and practical innovation ability of graduate students,and improved the quality of master’s degree theses.
