摘要
深化劳动育人是高职院校发展中遇到的新课题、新任务。“双高计划”背景下,高职生的劳动技能、劳动素质被摆在了更加重要的位置。高职院校理应在深刻理解和把握劳动教育重要价值的基础上,审视高职院校劳动教育中存在的劳动认知教育弱化、劳动情感教育淡化以及劳动行为教育窄化的问题。解决这些问题的三条路径是:整合课程,强化劳动认知教育;巧用资源,重视劳动情感教育;立足专业,宽化劳动行为教育。双高计划背景下,高职劳动教育的保障机制是,完善师资队伍建设机制,科学制定劳动教育评价体系,促进劳动教育与校园文化有机融合。
Deepening labor education is a new subject and task in the development of vocational colleges.Under the background of “Double High-Level Plan”,the labor skills and quality of students in vocational colleges are placed in a more important position.On the basis of deeply understanding and grasping the important value of labor education,all vocational colleges should examine the problems of lessening labor cognition education,weakening labor emotion education and narrowing labor behavior education in labor education in vocational colleges.There are three ways to solve these problems:integrating curriculum and strengthening labor cognition education;skillfully use resources and attach importance to labor emotion education;based on professional,broad labor behavior education.Under the background of double high school plan,the guarantee mechanism of higher vocational labor education is to perfect the construction mechanism of teaching staff,formulate the evaluation system of labor education scientifically,and promote the organic integration of labor education and campus culture.
