新时代职业院校劳动教育评价的实施困境及优化策略 被引量:10

摘要 构建完善的劳动教育评价体系是促进劳动教育健康发展、落实国家劳动教育政策的关键一环。目前,职业院校劳动教育评价工作中存在着评价主体单一、评价内容片面、评价方法简单、评价功能弱化等问题。优化职业院校劳动教育评价体系,应该采取评价主体联动化、评价内容全面化、评价方法多元化、评后反馈高效化等措施,有针对性地解决谁来评价、评价什么、如何评价、评价结果怎么用等影响职业院校劳动教育评价的问题。 Constructing a perfect labor-education evaluation system is a key link to promote the healthy development of labor education and implement the national labor education policy.At present,there are some problems in the evaluation of labor education in vocational colleges,such as single evaluation subject,one-sided evaluation content,simple evaluation method,and weakening evaluation function.To optimize the evaluation system of labor education,vocational colleges should take measures such as the linkage of evaluation subjects,the comprehensiveness of evaluation contents,the diversification of evaluation methods,and the high efficiency of feedback after evaluation,so as to solve the problems that affect the evaluation of labor education in vocational colleges,such as who will evaluate,what to evaluate,how to evaluate,and how to use the evaluation results.
