摘要
高校教师队伍建设的成效直接决定着学校人才培养能力和质量。新一轮审核评估在充分体现《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》指导思想和价值导向的基础上,为高校教师队伍建设指明了方向,提出了要求。审核评估视域下应用型普通本科高校教师队伍建设,应坚持党管人才,切实加强师德师风建设;拓宽人才引进渠道,加强“双师双能型”教师培养;实施分级分类管理,促进教师个性化能力发展;加强教师发展中心和基层教学组织建设,提升教师发展支持和服务能力;深化评价机制改革,优化教师队伍治理体系。
The effectiveness of the construction of college teachers’ team directly determines the ability and quality of college talent training.On the basis of fully embodying the guiding ideology and value orientation of The Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era,the new round of audit evaluation has pointed out the direction and put forward requirements for the construction of college teachers.In the construction of teachers’ team in applied university in the perspective of audit evaluation,we should adhere to the Party’s management of talents to strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality and style,broaden the channels of talent introduction to strengthen the training of “double qualified and double capable”teachers,implement“grading and classification”management to promote the development of teachers’ personalized ability,strengthen the construction of teachers’ development centers and grass-roots teaching organizations to improve teachers’ development support and service capability,and deepen the reform of evaluation mechanism to optimize the governance system for teachers.
