摘要
体育是全人培养体系的重要组成部分,也是学校教育改革的重要领域。“以体育人”是生命关怀的根本需求,立德树人的必然要求,“五育并举”的教育追求。而教师身体素养是“以体育人”的核心内涵,是实现“以体育人”价值的必要条件和重要保障。教师身体素养视角下,“以体育人”价值的实现路径为:明确教育价值,强化教师“以体育人”意识;完善培训体系,充实教师“以体育人”知识;创新课程实践,提升教师“以体育人”能力。
Physical education is not only an important part of the whole person training system,but also an important field of schooling reform.“Sports people”is the fundamental demand for life care,the inevitable requirement of moral education and the educational pursuit of “five educations simultaneously”.Teachers’ physical quality is the core connotation of“sports people”and the necessary condition and important guarantee to realize the value of“sports people”.In the perspective of teachers’ physical quality,the realization path of the value of“sports people”is as follows:clarifying the educational value to strengthen teachers’ consciousness of “sports people”,perfecting the training system to enrich teachers’ knowledge of“sports people”,and innovate curriculum practice to improve teachers’ ability of“sports people”.
