摘要 在地质勘探工作中,震波反射波对时间间隔测量技术的要求较高。为适应山川田野等复杂地质环境的地质测量,开发具有一定便携性和测量精度的便携设备非常必要,FPGA的高集成度使得这一测量系统的实现成为可能。设计了一种基于FPGA的时间间隔测量系统:采用多相计数法,在Verilog语言开发环境下,利用FPGA内部集成的PLL锁相环获得精准的多相采样时钟;充分利用FPGA并行运算特点,保障系统运算能力和测量精度。系统实测验证表明:该系统结构简单、功耗小、成本低、易携带,抗干扰效果好,系统测量精度可达到±1ns,测量时间间隔的动态范围可覆盖1ns~1.2h。 In the geological exploration,the seismic reflection wave highly requires time interval measurement technology.In order to adapt to thegeological survey in thecomplex geological environment such as mountains and fields,it is necessary to develop portable equipment with certain portability and measurement accuracy.The high integration of FPGAmakes the realization of such a measurement system possible.A time interval measurement system based on FPGA was designed:the multiphase counting method was adopted,and in the Verilog language development environment,the accurate multiphase sampling clock was obtained byusing PLL integrated in FPGA;full use of the parallel computing characteristics of FPGA was made to ensure the computing ability and measurement accuracy of the system.The test results show that such a system has the advantages of simple structure,low power consumption,low cost,portability and good anti-interference effect.Themeasurement accuracy of the system can reach±1 ns,and the dynamic range of the measurement time interval can cover 1 ns~1.2 h.
