耦合关系是指两个事物之间相互促进、相互影响的关系。探索党史教育和乡村人才振兴的耦合关系,可以促进两者共同发展,不断深化,进而推动乡村振兴战略的全面实施。人才是乡村振兴的内生动力,是乡村振兴的关键所在,学习党的建设史、奋斗史、理论创新史可以从思想和实践两个方面共同促进人才回流乡村;在乡村人才振兴的实践过程当中,以史为鉴,将党史学习成效转化为工作动力和成效,以此来克服困难解决问题。同时乡村振兴的实践经验也将成为党史教育的关键内容,进而人才振兴推进党史教育的大众化、日常化、全面化。

Coupling relationship means two things promote and influence each other.Exploring the coupling relationship between Party history education and rural talent revitalization can promote their joint development and achieve continuous deepening,thus promote the comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Talent is the inherent driving force of rural revitalization and the key to it.Learning the history of the Party’s construction,struggle and theoretical innovation can jointly promote talent into the countryside from both ideological and practical aspects;in the process of rural talent revitalization,we can learn from history and transform Party history learning into work motivation and application,then into problem solving.At the same time,the practical experience of rural revitalization will also become the crucial content of Party history education,so the revitalization of talents has a deepening effect on the massification,routinization and comprehensiveness of Party history education.
