数字经济背景下安徽省实体产业发展的水平测度与对策建议

Level Measurement and Countermeasures of the Development of Entity Industry in Anhui Province Under the Background of Digital Economy

新发展阶段,数字经济成为推动经济高质量发展的重要引擎,而产业数字化是数字经济发展的重要特征。采用SPSS因子分析法,选取安徽省16个城市的8个一级指标进行实证研究,对安徽省不同地市产业数字化的发展水平进行测度与分析。对于数字化转型实践中存在的问题,从加快补齐数字化关键技术短板、完善数字化创新生态体系、发挥龙头企业带动作用、培养数字经济领域高端人才等方面提出对策建议。

In the new stage of development,the digital economy has become the important engine for promoting the high-quality economic development,and the industrial digitization is the important feature of digital economy development.This paper adopts the method of SPSS factor analysis,and uses eight first-level indicators from 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui province to carry out the empirical research,and then it also measures and analyzes the development level of industrial digitization in different prefecture-level cities of Anhui province.In view of the problems existing in the practice of industrial digital transformation,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of speeding up the deficiency of key digital technologies,constructing the digital innovation ecosytem,giving full play to the leading role of leading enterprises and cultivating the high-end talents in the field of digital economy.
