摘要
高减比准双曲面齿轮(High reduction hypoid gear,HRH)间曲面复杂,常规加工计算方法难以实现对其齿面啮合质量的控制。建立空间齿轮啮合传动坐标系,给出空间啮合方程的通用形式。推导修形刀盘的曲面方程,提出刀盘齿廓修形方法,解决了HRH齿轮的齿面曲率修正问题。利用密切曲面原理,综合产形曲面、小轮曲面、修形梯度ease-off差曲面,建立HRH齿轮加工参数计算与啮合仿真模型,给出ease-off差曲面的几何参数控制方法、HRH齿轮加工计算与啮合仿真计算流程,实现了对齿面微分结构与啮合质量的控制。通过接触斑点、动态性能试验检验了齿面啮合质量。解决了复杂HRH齿面微分结构修正与啮合质量控制的难题。
The space surface of high reduction hypoid gear(HRH)is complex,so it is difficult to control the meshing quality of the hypoid gear by conventional machining calculation method.The coordinate system of space gear meshing transmission is established,and the general form of space meshing equation is given.The surface equation of trimming cutter head is deduced,and the tooth profile modification method of cutter head is put forward,which solves the problem of tooth surface curvature correction of HRH gear.Based on the principle of close surface,the simulation model of HRH gear machining parameters calculation and meshing was established by integrating the production surface,small wheel surface and ease-off difference surface.The geometric parameter control method of ease off difference surface and the process of HRH gear machining calculation and meshing simulation calculation are given,and the differential structure of tooth surface and meshing quality are controlled.The meshing quality of the tooth surface is tested by the contact spot and dynamic performance test.It solves the difficult problem of complex HRH tooth surface differential structure correction and meshing quality control.
