基于创新链的山西省科技创新环境评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Innovation Environment in Shanxi Province Based on Innovation Chain

充分考虑创新链的各个主体和环节,构建了一个包括创新资源投入、中介转化等在内的多环节科技创新环境评价指标体系,基于山西省科技创新面板数据,采用主成分分析法对影响创新链建立的科技创新环境进行了评价分析,剖析了山西省科技创新环境建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以期帮助科技管理部门有的放矢,在制定相关决策时对症下药,从而为推动山西省科技事业高质量发展做出贡献。

This paper considers all subjects and links of the innovation chain,constructs a multi link scientific and technological innovation environment evaluation index system including innovation resource input and intermediary transformation etc.,chooses the principal component analysis to evaluate and analyze the scientific and technological innovation environment that affects the establishment of the innovation chain based on the scientific and technological innovation panel data of Shanxi Province,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the scientific and technological innovation environment in Shanxi Province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,with a view to helping the management departments to suit the medicine to the case when making relevant decisions,so as to make contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the scientific and technological undertakings in Shanxi Province.
