摘要
白车身采用阻尼降噪是汽车NVH性能开发的重要环节。以薄板件焊接而成的模型车身为研究对象,以驾驶员耳旁处噪声传递函数为评价指标,通过有限元计算方法,对模型车身地板阻尼板粘贴面积进行拓扑优化,同时验证了阻尼板降噪的有效性。优化结果表明,在模型车身NVH性能不降低的情况下,热熔沥青阻尼板的使用量减少了34.8%。将该有限元拓扑优化方法拓展到某MPV车型的白车身热熔沥青阻尼板优化中也得到了相似的效果。此方法可降低阻尼使用量和车辆生产成本,提高车内空气质量。
Damping noise reduction is an important part of vehicle NVH performance development.Taking the model body made of welded thin plate parts as the research object,and taking the noise transfer function near the driver's ear as the evaluation index,topology optimization is carried out on the adhesion area of the damping board floor of the model body by using the finite element method,and the effectiveness of the damping board in reducing noise is verified.The optimization results show that under the condition that the NVH performance of the model body is not reduced,the usage of hot-melt asphalt damper plate is reduced by 34.8%.The finite element topology optimization method is extended to the optimization of hot-melt asphalt damping plate of a CERTAIN MPV vehicle,and similar results are obtained.This method can reduce the damping consumption and production cost of the vehicle and improve the air quality inside the vehicle.
