摘要
伪旋毛虫(Trichinella pseudospiralis)可感染哺乳动物和鸟类,其宿主范围广泛,呈全球性分布。因伪旋毛虫独特的无包囊结构导致其与旋毛形线虫(Trichinella spiralis)在调节宿主免疫反应、幼虫在肌纤维中运动模式和对肌细胞表型调节等方面均有较大差异。文章对伪旋毛虫生物学特征、宿主范围、对宿主炎症反应调节和现有诊断检测方法进行综述,以期系统展现伪旋毛虫独特特征,为以后进一步深入研究该寄生虫提供理论依据。
Trichinella pseudospiralis(T.pseudospiralis)can infect both mammals and birds.Its host range is wide and distributed globally.Because of its unique non-encapsulated structure,it is quite different from Trichinella spiralis(T.spiralis)in regulating host immune response,larval movement mode in muscle fibers and modulation of the muscle cell phenotype.In this paper,biological characteristics,host range,regulation of host inflammatory response and existing diagnostic and detection methods of T.pseudospiralis were reviewed,in order to systematically highlight the unique characteristics of T.pseudospiralis and provide theoretical basis for further research on this parasite.
