摘要
借助不锈钢表面潜在手印的绝缘特性,通过电化学沉积钴氧化物显出手印,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能量色散谱(EDS)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了沉积物的物理化学性质,使用Adobe Premiere Pro、Adobe Photoshop、ImageJ等图像处理软件分析了钴氧化物电致变色性质对显出手印的增强效果。
Latent fingerprints on stainless steel with insulativity were developed by electrodeposition of cobalt oxide.Physical and chemical properties of the deposit were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Developed fingerprints were enhanced by utilizing electrochromic properties of cobalt oxide.The effectiveness of image enhancement was evaluated by image processing software including Adobe Premiere Pro,Adobe Photoshop and ImageJ.
