“双减”政策的颁布为我国学校体育的改革与发展赢得了空间,青少年课后体育活动的开展有了政策保障,其核心任务是强化学校教育的主阵地作用,意在构建教育的良好生态,促进运动员全面发展。教练员水平的高低深刻地影响着运动员的训练效果。通过分析花样滑冰初级俱乐部教练队伍的现状,并从知识与道德素养、教学能力、科学研究、组织管理等方面培养教练员能力结构提出了基本要求,以期落实好“双减”政策下青少年运动员体育锻炼的要求,为花样滑冰事业后备人才的培养提供参考。

The promulgation of the"Double Reduction"policy benefits the reform and development of school sports in China,which is a policy guarantee for the development of after-school sports activities for young people.The core task of the policy is to strengthen the main position of school education,which is intended to build a good ecology of education and promote the all-around development of athletes.The coaches have a profound impact on the training effect of athletes.With the increase in physical training time of young people,more and more people involved in sports clubs bring a larger need for figure skating coaches.Improving the coach training and promotion system has a positive effect on the development of youth sports.To cultivate the coach's ability structure from the aspects of knowledge and moral literacy,teaching ability,scientific research,organizational management,to improve the overall quality of coaches as soon as possible,and meet the talent needs of junior figure skating clubs under the background of so-called"Double Reduction"policy.
