摘要
为了获得具有荧光及抗菌性能的多功能面料,以萘酰亚胺为主体,以反式-1,2-环己二胺为桥基,分别用氯化苄和溴代十二烷为季铵化试剂,设计合成了双子型季铵盐荧光抗菌染料D1和D2。将其用于改性涤纶织物染色,分别研究了染料和染色织物的荧光及抗菌性能。结果表明,在水溶液中,两支染料在较低浓度时都可以达到10~7数量级的荧光强度,300μmol/L的D1和15μmol/L的D2对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到99.99%。D1、D2染色织物也可以达到10~7数量级的荧光强度,其中染料D1质量分数为8%(omf)时对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率为68.87%,而染料D2质量分数为6%(omf)时对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率就已达到99.99%。季铵化组分为溴代十二烷基的染料D2染色的面料具有更好的荧光性能和抗菌性能。
To prepare multifunctional fabrics with excellent fluorescence intensity and antibacterial properties,two Gemini quaternary amine salt fluorescent antibacterial dyes D1 and D2 are designed and synthesized, using naphthalimide as the main body. The quaternary amine group of D1 and D2 is benzyl chloride and bromododecane, respectively. The dyes are used to dye modified polyester fabric. The fluorescence and antibacterial properties of two dye solutions and the dyed fabric are investigated. The fluorescence intensity of both dyes could reach 10~7 orders of magnitude at low concentration. The reductions of bacteria of D1 to E. coli and S. aureus are 99.99% at 300 μmol/L, while those of D2 toE. coli and S. aureus are 99.99% at 15 μmol/L. The fluorescence intensity of the modified polyester fabric dyed with D1 and D2 also reach 10~7 orders of magnitude. The reductions of bacteria of the fabric dyed with D1 at 8%(omf) toE. coli and S. aureus only reach 68.87%. And those of the fabric dyed with D2 at 6%(omf) could reach 99.99%. The fabrics dyed with D2 have better fluorescence and antibacterial properties.
