摘要
以废弃物莲蓬壳为原料,水/乙醇混合体系为提取溶剂,对莲蓬壳色素进行提取,通过正交试验优化了色素提取工艺,并将其用于壳聚糖预处理蚕丝织物的染色。结果表明,水∶乙醇为6∶4、料液比为1∶15、温度为95℃、时间为100 min、pH为6时的提取效果最佳;采用10 g/L壳聚糖预处理蚕丝织物,并在温度为95℃、时间为130 min、pH为4的条件下染色,真丝织物的耐干/湿摩擦、皂洗及唾液色牢度均大于等于4级,并具有优异的抗菌、抗紫外性能。
Colorants are successfully extracted from biomass wasted lotus seedpod with water/ethanol mixed system as the extraction solvent. The dye extraction process is optimized by orthogonal experiment, and the extract is used to dye chitosan pretreated silk fabric. The results show that the optimum extraction process is achieved with the water/ethanol ratio of 6∶4, the material-liquor ratio of 1∶15, the temperature of 95 ℃, the time of 90 min, and the pH of 6. The optimum dyeing process is achieved with 10 g/L chitosan pretreatment,the temperature of 90 ℃, the time of 130 min, and the pH of 4. The dyed silk fabric has high color fastness above Grade 4 to dry/wet rubbing, washing and saliva, as well as excellent antibacterial and UV resistance properties.
