摘要
采用聚醚胺和酚醛环氧树脂(EPN)进行改性,得到的改性剂与端环氧聚硅氧烷进行嵌段共聚,得到树脂改性柔软蓬松滑感硅油。探讨了聚醚胺与酚醛环氧树脂物质的量比、端环氧聚硅氧烷与改性剂物质的量比和反应时间对硅油性能的影响。结果表明:当聚醚胺与酚醛环氧树脂物质的量比为2∶1,端环氧聚硅氧烷与改性剂物质的量比为1∶1.4,共聚反应时间12 h,得到的改性硅油能使多种织物具有柔软、蓬松、滑弹的手感,以及较佳的白度和拒水性能。
A new method of composite modification of silicone softener is proposed, which is first to prepare a modifier by the reaction of polyether amine and phenolic epoxy resin(EPN), followed by block copolymerized with epoxy terminated polysiloxane to obtain resin modified soft, fluffy and slippery silicone oil. The effects of the molar ratio of polyether amine to phenolic epoxy resin, the relative molecular mass of epoxy terminated polysiloxane and reaction time on the properties of silicone oil are studied. The results show that when the molar ratio of polyether amine to phenolic epoxy resin(EPN) is 2∶1, the molar ratio of epoxy terminated polysiloxane to modifier is 1∶1.4, and the copolymerization reaction time is 12 h, the modified silicone oil can impart the fabric the soft, fluffy and slippery properties, as well as good hand feel, whiteness and water repellency.
