摘要
选用分散蓝H-BL、分散蓝K-BL和分散蓝366三支染料,按不同的拼混方式制得分散蓝ES-2B和分散蓝EF-2B。考察了各染料的配伍性、色光、色牢度及助剂的选择和用量等因素对拼色效果的影响,并对两支复合染料与分散蓝56的光谱性能、色牢度及染色残液的COD值进行了比较。结果表明,两支复合染料染色织物的耐水洗、耐摩擦和耐升华色牢度均优于分散蓝56,且选用的染料单体具有生产工艺简单、生产成本低及对环境污染小等优点,在实际应用中可作为分散蓝56的代用染料进行染色加工。
Disperse Blue ES-2B and Disperse Blue EF-2B are obtained by mixing Disperse Blue H-BL, Disperse Blue K-BL and Disperse Blue 366 in different ways. The effects of compatibility, shade, color fastness,and the selection and dosage of auxiliary agents on the dye combination are investigated. And the spectral characteristics, color fastness, COD values of dyeing residual liquor of the two composite dyes are compared with those of Disperse Blue 56. The results show that the color fastness to washing, rubbing and sublimation of two composite dyes are better than Disperse Blue 56. And the selected dye monomer has the advantages of simple production process, low production cost and low environmental pollution. In practical application, it can be used as a substitute for Disperse Blue 56.
