摘要
针对GB/T 2912.1—2009方法测试纺织品甲醛含量时,样品的褪色会对甲醛测试结果产生干扰,试验研究了三种固相萃取柱的脱色能力。结果表明:中性氧化铝固相萃取柱的脱色能力最佳,对甲醛没有吸附性,当样品萃取液吸光度小于0.40时,该萃取柱的脱色率达90%以上。该方法的加标回收率为96.4%~103.8%,方法精密度为1.3%~3.3%,可用于日常甲醛含量的检测,能有效提高褪色样品甲醛含量测试结果的准确性。
When testing formaldehyde content of textiles according to GB/T 2912.1—2009, sample fading will interfere with formaldehyde testing. In order to eliminate the fading interference, the experiment studies the decolorization ability of three kinds of solid phase extraction columns. It is found that neutral alumina solid phase extraction column has the best decolorization ability. When the absorbance of sample extraction liquor is less than 0.40, the decolorization rate of the extraction column is more than 90%. The experimental results show that the neutral alumina solid phase extraction column has no adsorption ability for formaldehyde, and the method has standard recovery of 96.4%-103.8% and the precision of 1.3%-3.3%. Neutral alumina solid phase extraction column can be used to detect formaldehyde content, which can effectively improve the accuracy of formaldehyde content in faded samples.
