摘要
采用湿法纺丝工艺将纳米尺度的MXene组装成宏观连续的MXene纤维,得到具有优异力学、电学、热学性能的纤维。MXene纤维除了直接作为纤维状可穿戴器件外,还可通过缝纫、编织等传统纺织工艺嵌入到智能纺织品中。根据MXene纺丝液成分的不同,通过湿法纺丝工艺可以制备纯MXene纤维、MXene纳米复合纤维和MXene高分子复合纤维。文中介绍了湿法纺丝MXene纤维在纤维状电极材料和温度、应变、气体等三类柔性可穿戴传感器领域的应用进展,并对湿法纺丝MXene纤维的未来发展进行展望,为后续MXene的研究提供借鉴思路。
MXene has excellent water soluble, easy processing, mechanical, electrical, thermal and other characteristics. Using wet spinning process, nanoscale MXene can be assembled into macro continuous MXene fibers so as to effectively transfer the excellent performance of MXene in nanoscale to macro scale. In addition to being directly used as fibrous wearable devices, MXene fiber can also be embedded into smart textiles through traditional textile processes such as sewing and weaving. According to the different components of MXene spinning solution, pure MXene fiber, MXene nanocomposite fiber and MXene polymer composite fiber can be prepared by wet spinning process. The application progress of wet spinning MXene fiber in fibrous electrode materials and three kinds of flexible wearable sensors such as temperature sensors, strain sensors and gas sensors is introduced. Finally, the future development of wet spinning MXene fiber is prospected, which provides ideas and benefit for the follow-up research of MXene.
