共同富裕是新时代中国特色社会主义教育的根本价值。教育在推动实现社会主义现代化远景目标,促进全体人民共同富裕的历史进程中具有基础性、战略性作用。面向实现现代化的新要求,共同富裕以及教育的作用被赋予更加深远的中国特色的新涵义。面向促进实现共同富裕目标要求,教育在深化教育公平正义、创新高端人才培养、优化教育结构体系与发挥教育促进全体人民精神共同富裕的作用等方面面临着严峻挑战。需要立足实现中国式教育现代化,全面深化教育公平与教育共享发展;聚焦人力资本开发,优先发展高等教育特别是研究生教育;精准调整与优化教育结构,特别要发挥好教育在促进精神共同富裕方面的独特作用,建设促进共同富裕的高质量教育体系,加快教育强国建设。

Common prosperity is the fundamental value of socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Education plays a basic and strategic role in the historical process of promoting the realization of the long-term goal of socialist modernization and the common prosperity of all the people. To meet the new requirements for modernization,we give the roles of common prosperity and education new and far-reaching connotations with Chinese characteristics. In terms of promoting the realization of the goal of common prosperity,China’s education still faces severe challenges in deepening educational fairness and justice,creating new ways of high-end talent training,optimizing the educational system,and giving play to the role of education in promoting the spirit-oriented common prosperity of all the people.Therefore,we need to deepen educational equity and the shared development of education,based on the realization of Chinese educational modernization;focus on the development of human capital,and give first priority to the development of higher education,especially graduate education;optimize the educational structure,especially give full play to the unique role of education in promoting the spirit-oriented common prosperity,build a high-quality education system to promote common prosperity,and speed up the construction of a powerful country in education.
