北京市基于“互联网+”自检的701名男男性行为者的无保护肛交状况及影响因素

Analysis on unprotected anal intercourse behavior and factors among men who have sex with men with internet based HIV self-testing in Beijing

目的了解北京市“互联网+”自检模式下接受HIV检测的MSM的无保护肛交(UAI)状况,分析相关影响因素。方法2020年7月至2021年3月,通过网络招募方式在北京市开展MSM调查,收集人口学特征、行为学特征、HIV检测情况等信息,采用Logistic回归方法分析UAI影响因素。结果共招募合格调查对象701人,平均年龄(32.81±7.15)岁,未婚占85.0%,大专/本科及以上文化程度者占92.2%;近6个月41.8%发生过UAI,27.5%有多个固定性伴,40.4%有多个临时性伴,4.3%发生过商业性性行为;定时进行HIV检测者占59.5%。多元回归分析结果显示已婚者UAI的概率是未婚者1.818倍(OR=1.818;95%CI:1.059~3.123);近6个月存在多固定性伴(OR=1.751;95%CI:1.160~2.642)、多临时性伴(OR=1.703;95%CI:1.158~2.505)及发生商业性性行为(OR=3.574;95%CI:1.491~8.566)是UAI的促进因素。结论基于“互联网+”自检的MSM发生UAI较频繁,对已婚、近6个月存在多固定性伴、多临时性伴者及发生商业性性行为情况的MSM的应采取针对性措施强化干预。

Objective To analyze the behavior of unprotected anal intercourse and related factors among MSM seeking for internet based HIV self-testing in Beijing.Methods MSM were recruited through the internet during July 2020 to March 2021.The information of demography,sexual behaviors,and HIV testing were surveyed via questionnaires.Binary logistic regression model was used to identify the risk factors associated with unprotected anal sex.Results In total,701 MSM were recruited,and the average age was 32.81±7.15 years old.85.0%of study population were unmarried,and 92.2%received a college or undergraduate education.In the recent six months,41.8%had UAI,27.5%had multiple fixed partners,40.4%had multiple temporary partners,4.3%had commercial sex.In addition,59.5%were tested for HIV regularly.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the probability of UAI in married MSM was 1.818 times higher than that in unmarried MSM(OR=1.818;95%CI:1.059-3.123).Having multiple fixed sexual partners(OR=1.751;95%CI:1.160-2.642),multiple temporary sexual partners(OR=1.703;95%CI:1.158-2.505)and commercial sexual behaviors(OR=3.574;95%CI:1.491-8.566)were the risk factors of UAI.Conclusions The incidence of UAI among MSM seeking for internet-based HIV self-testing in Beijing was high.Intervention measures should be taken focusing on MSM who are married,have multiple fixed sexual partners and multiple temporary sexual partners,and those who have commercial sexual behaviors.
