Research progress of CAR-T cell immunotherapy related to the treatment of HIV and HBV infection

T淋巴细胞是细胞免疫的主要参与者,在清除HIV和HBV中起主要作用,T细胞的数量和功能的正常对于HIV和HBV感染的患者的治疗具有极其重要的意义。随着过继免疫治疗技术的不断发展,嵌合抗原受体T(CAR-T)细胞免疫疗法越来越显示出其优越性。本文对近年来与HIV和HBV感染治疗相关的CAR-T细胞免疫疗法的研究进展进行总结,为临床上治疗HIV、HBV感染及其相关疾病提供理论支持。

T lymphocytes are the main participants in cellular immunity and play the major role in the clearance of HIV and HBV. The number and function of T cells is important for the treatment of HIV and HBV infected patients. With the development of adoptive immunotherapy technology, CAR-T cell immunotherapy showed more advantages. This paper reviewed the progress of CAR-T cell immunotherapy related to the treatment of HIV and HBV infection in recent years so as to provide theoretical support for the clinical treatment of HIV and HBV infection and related diseases.
