摘要 驱动电机是新能源汽车的核心动力总成,决定了整车的动力性、经济性和可靠性。在当前及可预见的未来,汽车驱动电机仍将普遍采用高性能冷轧无取向硅钢作为核心导磁材料。概括性总结了新能源汽车驱动电机对导磁材料的要求,简要介绍了国际主要钢铁公司的无取向硅钢产品系列,并对未来无取向硅钢材料如何更好地满足驱动电机小型化、高效化、高速化需求进行了技术发展方向探讨。 Drive motor is the core power assembly of new energy vehicles,which determines the power,economy and reliability of the vehicles.At present and in the foreseeable future,high performance cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel will still be widely used as the core magnetic conductive material for automobile drive motors.This paper summarized the requirements of new energy vehicle drive motor on magnetic conductive materials,briefly introduced the non-oriented silicon steel product series of major international steel companies,and discussed the technical development direction of how non-oriented silicon steel materials can better meet the needs of miniaturization,high efficiency and high speed of drive motor in the future.
