摘要 因测量效率高,全型面扫描,特征能力评价强,ATOS Scanbox(ATOS光学扫描系统)自动光学测量在测量行业使用日趋广泛。ATOS Scanbox大大提高了白车身质量问题根因分析及解决的能力。基于ATOS Scanbox 8360测量设备,通过与不同测量设备测量效率的比较,研究其在测量效率提升方面的优势;另外,基于其全覆盖扫描测量优势,研究其在替代传统检测样架上的可行性和经济性。 ATOS Scanbox automatic optical measurement is increasingly used in the measurement industry because of high measurement efficiency,full-shape scanning and strong feature capability evaluation.The use of ATOS Scanbox has greatly improved the ability to analyze and solve Body-In-White(BIW)quality issues.This paper studied the advantages of ATOS Scanbox 8360 measurement equipment in measurement efficiency improvement through comparison with other measurement equipment in measuring efficiency.In addition,the paper studied the feasibility and economy of ATOS Scanbox replacing the traditional testing sample rack,based on its advantages of full coverage scanning measurement.
