摘要
通过测试和分析,确认了车内甲醛的主要来源是发泡材料、皮革和织物材料。验证了除醛剂对发泡材料和整车的除醛效果,结果表明:有机含氮类除醛剂可以有效地降低内饰材料及整车的甲醛和乙醛散发,使用除醛剂1天后分别降低座椅发泡材料92%和整车53%的甲醛散发,以及座椅发泡材料94%和整车63%的乙醛散发,而且有持续的除醛效果。
It is confirmed that the main sources of formaldehyde in the car are foaming materials,leather and fabric materials by testing and analysis.The effect of aldehyde removal on foaming material and vehicle is verified.The results show that the organic nitrogen-containing aldehyde removers effectively reduce formaldehyde and acetaldehyde emission of interior materials and vehicles.The formaldehyde remover reduces the formaldehyde emission from seat foam materials by 92%and vehicle by 53%,and the acetaldehyde emission from seat foam materials by 94%and vehicle by 63%a day after use,and has a continuous effect.
