超高强度特种钢防弹防爆性能模拟研究

摘要 采用Abaqus有限元分析软件对某超高强度特种钢板防弹及防爆性能进行模拟分析,利用JohnsonCook模型模拟钢板失效断裂行为,研究在给定子弹击穿及爆炸工况下,不同厚度特种钢板的防弹和防爆性能,同时对优选厚度的特种钢板进行防弹和防爆试验,从而得到试验工况下的最佳板厚。 Abaqus finite element software was used to simulate and analyze bulletproof and explosion-proof performance of a ultra-high strength special steel,Johnson-Cook model was used to imitate steel plate failure behavior,and study bulletproof and explosion performance of special steel with different thickness under the given bullet breakdown and explosion condition,and conduct the bulletproof and explosion-proof test of special steel with preferred thickness,thus obtain the optimal plate thickness under the test condition.
