摘要 自动导引运输车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)从线路固定的磁导引到灵活的即时定位与地图构建(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping,SLAM)导引,AGV配置发展越来越多元化。针对汽车行业生产物流工况,设计了一种磁导型固定线路AGV控制系统,该系统采用单片机与PLC结合的双芯片形式,用来控制AGV及E型物流列车(E-Frame)系统的行走和转向、导引和纠偏、激光防撞、空满交换及信息反馈各项功能。该控制系统设计方案开发周期短、功能拓展灵活,在现阶段汽车行业更新换代快速的背景下,快速匹配用户新的需求,减少资金投入。 AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)has changed from fixed line magnetic guidance to flexible Simultaneous Localization And Mapping(SLAM)guidance.The configuration of AGV development is becoming more and more diversified.A magnetic guided fixed line AGV control system was designed according to the production logistics conditions of the automobile industry.This system uses a dual-chip form of single-chip microcomputer and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)to control the functions of AGV and E-Frame logistics train system,such as walking and steering,guidance and deviation correction,laser collision avoidance,empty full exchange and information feedback.The design scheme of the control system has short development cycle and flexible function expansion.Under the background of rapid upgrading of the automotive industry at this stage,this scheme can quickly match the new needs of users and reduce capital investment.
