摘要
文章通过视频显微镜对水泉遗址出土的夏家店下层文化骨针进行了细致的观察和测量,对其制作工艺和钻孔特征做了系统的归纳。结合三组实验,即石质钻具、手执双向拧钻,金刚砂钻具、电动单向旋转,金属钻具、手搓双向旋转,比对分析之后认为夏家店下层文化时期骨针的钻孔已经使用了金属钻具,且当时的钻孔技术是相当便捷、快速和高效的,同时还提出以水泉遗址为代表的青铜时代应普遍具备使用金属钻具的可能性。
Observing and measuring through the microscope,the making and drilling techniques of the bone needles from the Lower Xiajiadian Culture unearthed in Shuiquan Site were systematically summarized.Combined with three groups of experiments,including stone drilling tools,handheld two-way twisting drill;corundum drilling tools,electric one-way rotation;metal drilling tools,hand rubbed two-way rotation.After comparison and analysis,it was concluded that metal drilling tools were already used in the Lower Xiajiadian Culture,and the drilling techniques at that time was quite convenient,fast and efficient.In addition,it is suggested that the Bronze Age represented by the Shuiquan Site should have the possibility of using metal drilling tools.
