摘要
对抗样本生成技术对智能系统认知的攻击与防御,以及生成对抗网络技术对作战人员认知的攻击与防御,被美军视为智能欺骗与反欺骗作战的典型样式及关键技术。本文分析了近年来美军发展的军事智能系统欺骗和反制相关技术手段,研究了智能欺骗与反欺骗技术所形成的“数字隐身”与“数字伪装”等先进作战概念;阐述了美军发展该技术带来的影响效果,即在硬杀伤装备和战略手段已经无法遏制对手时,迫使对手陷入认知域和社会域对抗,最终实现其军事目的,巩固战略优势地位;从美军国防科技信息和发展战略的角度,总结了美军军事智能欺骗与反欺骗技术的最新发展现状和特点及其带来的借鉴启示。
The attack and defense of intelligent system cognition by adversarial examples generation technology as well as the attack and defense of combatant cognition by generative adversarial networks technology are regarded as typical styles and key technologies of intelligent deception and anti-deception operations by the U.S.military.This paper first analyzes the development of military intelligence system deception and countermeasures by U.S.forces in recent years.Second,it studies the advanced operational concepts of“digital stealth”and“digital forgery”formed by intelligent deception and anti-deception technologies.Third,it explains the impact achieved by the U.S.forces through the development of this technology,that is,forcing the adversary into cognitive and social domain confrontation when hard-kill equipment and strategic means are no longer able to contain the adversary,ultimately achieving its military objectives and consolidating its strategic superiority.Fourth,from the perspective of defense science and technology information and development strategy,it summarizes the latest development status and characteristics of the U.S.military’s intelligent deception and anti-deception technologies,as well as the lessons learned and the implications.
