摘要
针对丘陵山区浙贝母人工收获方式劳动强度大、工作效率低和生产成本高等问题,课题组借鉴国内外地下茎块收获机研究发展现状,对浙贝母收获机升运链分离装置进行了设计。根据分离装置的运动特性和分离装置上贝土混合物的运动状态,确定了分离装置相关参数范围。以挖净率和破损率为试验指标,以机具前进速度、升运链倾角、振动器振幅为试验因素进行田间试验。通过田间试验结果分析,对相关参数进行优化。试验结果表明:机具前进速度为0.75 m/s,升运链倾角安装为22°,振动器振幅为60 mm时,浙贝母收获机挖净率为96.05%,破损率为3.52%,证明了样机的正确性和准确性。
In view of the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high production cost of manual harvesting of Fritillaria thunbergii in hilly areas,the research group has designed the lifting chain separation device of Fritillaria thunbergii harvester based on the research and development status of underground stem block harvesters at home and abroad.According to the motion characteristics of the separation device and the motion state of the mixture of shellfish and soil on the separation device,the range of related parameters of the separation device was determined.Field tests were carried out with the digging-out rate and breakage rate as test indexes,and the forward speed of the machine and tools,the inclination angle of the lifting chain and the amplitude of the vibrator as test factors.Relevant parameters were optimized by analyzing the results of field trials.The test results show when the forward speed of the machine was 0.75 m/s,the inclination angle of the lifting chain was 22°,and the vibrator amplitude was 60 mm,the digging-out rate and breakage rate of Fritillaria thunbergii harvester were 96.05% and 3.52%,indicating the correctness and accuracy of the prototype.
