汽车内饰副仪表板设计及其模态仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 副仪表板是汽车内饰重要零部件之一,是驾乘人员接触较频繁的区域,其设计的好坏会直接影响驾乘人员的体验感。基于此,笔者通过分析副仪表板的材料选择以及脱模角度,从副仪表板的安装方式及布置要求等方面入手,说明其与地毯、手刹等周边件的匹配设计要求,在此基础上,利用有限元仿真软件HyperMesh及ABAQUS对副仪表板进行了模态分析,以验证设计的合理性。仿真结果表明,副仪表板的一阶为31.5 Hz,满足公司标准副仪表板一阶自然频率不小于25 Hz的要求,可为后续车型提供设计参考,避免后续整车在路试时产生异响而产生额外的修模费用,提高产品竞争力。 The console is one of the important parts of the automobile interior,and it is the area where the drivers and passengers contact frequently.Its design will directly affect the experience of the drivers and passengers.Based on this,the author analyzes the material selection and demoulding angle of the console,and explains the matching design requirements of the console with the carpet,handbrake and other peripheral parts from the aspects of the installation mode and layout requirements.On this basis,the modal analysis of console is carried out by using the finite element simulation software HyperMesh and ABAQUS to verify the rationality of the design.The simulation results show that the first-order natural frequency of console panel is 31.5 Hz,which meets the requirements of the company’s standard that the first-order natural frequency of console panel is not less than 25 Hz.It can provide design reference for subsequent vehicle models,avoid the abnormal noise generated by the subsequent vehicle during the road test and generate additional repair costs,and improve product competitiveness.
