福建震情会商技术系统的设计与实现

摘要 福建省地震局预报中心数据及应用体系基本完善,但管理与应用系统种类繁多,对数据挖掘和应用程度不够。在此背景条件下,建设福建震情会商技术系统。系统通过构建系统一体化、数据集成化、信息综合化和成果可视化的省级地震预报云平台,实现局内部数据及应用系统的聚合,集前兆、测震和GNSS数据于一体,融合质量监控、预测分析和会商平台功能于一身,并且实现MATLAB编写功能辅助算法科学研究,实现全省地震预报信息服务能力的提升,达到强化产品产出,提高监控、处理标准化、自动化、可视化和智能化水平的效果,对推进数据共享开放、提升信息公共服务能力起到积极作用。 The data and application systems of the prediction center of Fujian Seismological Bureau are basically completed,but there are many kinds of management and application systems,and the data cannot be gathered in time.At the same time,the degree of data mining and application is not enough.Under this background,we develop the modern earthquake consultation technical system in Fujian province.By building a provincial earthquake prediction cloud platform with system integration,data integration,information integration and result visualization,the system realizes the large aggregation of data within the Bureau and application system,integrates Precursor,Seismic and GNSS data,integrates the functions of quality monitoring,prediction analysis and consultation platform,and realizes the scientific research of MATLAB compiling function-assisted algorithm to improve the capability of earthquake prediction information service in the whole province.The System can achieve the effect of strengthening product output,improving the level of standardization,automation,visualization and intelligence.It will play a positive role in promoting data sharing and opening up and improving the ability of public information services.
