摘要
传统钢琴内大部分配件为木质配件,易受环境影响发生腐蚀变形,利用轻质钛合金材料和涂层工艺替换木质配件,可避免上述问题。配件材料改变后,对钢琴声音产生微小影响,通过自主钢琴琴弦的研发,使钛合金琴弦可以配合钛合金配件发出特定声音,打破国外垄断。
Most of the accessories in the traditional piano are wood accessories,which are prone to corrosion and deformation under the influence of the environment.The above problems can be avoided by using light titanium alloy materials and coating technology to replace wood accessories.After the change of accessories material,it has a slight impact on piano sound.Through independent research and development of piano strings,titanium alloy strings can cooperate with titanium alloy accessories to produce specific sound and break foreign monopoly.
