摘要
登高平台消防车作为开展高空灭火、营救被困人员的首选装备,在高空消防救援中发挥着重要作用。该文着重阐述机械液压组合对消防车工作斗调平的工作原理,分析影响工作斗调平的因素,提出应用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制系统实现登高平台消防车工作斗自动调平,保证工作斗在升降中始终处于水平状态,为消防员实施救援提供有效保障。
As the preferred equipment for carrying out high-altitude fire fighting and rescuing trapped people,high-altitude fire fighting platforms play an important role in high-altitude fire rescue.This paper focuses on the working principle of mechanical and hydraulic combination to leveling the working bucket of fire engine,analyzes the factors affecting the leveling of working bucket,and proposes that the automatic leveling of working bucket of fire engine on climbing platform be realized using PLC control system,so as to ensure that the working bucket is always in a horizontal state during lifting and lowering,and provide effective guarantee for firefighters to carry out rescue.
