因果分析图法细化质量风险识别在市政桥梁施工中的应用实践

摘要 在工程项目施工前,通常采取以不良后果为导向进行质量风险识别,该方法具有笼统性,不便于全面性和针对性对风险进行识别。该文按照质量影响因素通过因果分析图法全面识别风险,将每1项因子作为1个风险点,并针对性制定防控措施。在青白江大桥工程任务重、工期紧前提下通过该方法实现质量管理有效控制,在市政桥梁施工质量管控上起到良好预控效果。 Before the construction of engineering projects,the quality risk identification is usually guided by adverse consequences.This method is general and not convenient for comprehensive and targeted risk identification.This paper comprehensively identifies the risks according to the quality influencing factors through the causal analysis diagram method,takes each factor as a risk point,and formulates targeted prevention and control measures.Under the premise of heavy task and tight construction period of Qingbai River bridge project,this method can realize effective control of quality management and play a good pre control effect in municipal bridge construction quality control.
