摘要
大跨度的起重机通常要通过在检查轮上加装编码装置的方法实现补偏救弊,由于检查轮大小不同或检查轮打滑的原因直接影响该方法的补偏救弊准确性,该文提到以双检查轮取代单检查轮的构想,以改善双门式起重机的纠偏精度。采用正确方式收集门式起重机2侧支腿的信息,并进行正确纠偏,对设备的安全工作必不可少,而控制系统的标准点的合理设定和与数据判断标准相对的正确性都可能会给系统同步误差带来较大影响,最后得出在硬件选择上和软件设计时都要把保证系统准确性和保障体系的安全性视为最重要的内容,以争取取得理想的补偏救弊效果。
Long-span cranes usually adopt the method of installing coding device on the inspection wheel to remedy the disadvantages.Because of the different size of the inspection wheel or the slippage of the inspection wheel,the accuracy of this method is directly affected,in this paper,the idea of replacing single inspection wheel with double inspection wheel is mentioned to improve the deviation correction accuracy of double gantry crane.It is essential for the safety of the equipment to collect the information of the outriggers on both sides of the gantry crane in a correct way and correct the deviation.However,the correct setting of the standard points of the control system and the accuracy compared with the data judgment may cause great harm to the synchronization error of the system.Therefore,in hardware selection and software design,it isessential to ensure the accuracy and security of the system,so as to achieve the ideal effect of correcting the disadvantages.
