摘要
现场高铁隧道施工中仍应强调施工安全步距,如何合理确定施工安全步距直接关系到施工安全、结构安全、施工装备效率和工程进度。介绍了隧道施工安全步距的由来,详细分析了当前高铁隧道施工现场的实际作业工装配置和作业空间需求,归纳总结了几个调整施工安全步距、实施效果好的工程实例,最后说明了调整施工安全步距的必要性、调整的大致范围和调整需做的工作。步距调整体现了隧道动态施工理念,既保证了施工安全、又根据工程条件满足了工程需求。
It is still necessary to emphasize the construction safety step of high speed railway tunnel in site. How to reasonably define safety step directly relates construction safety, structural safety, machines, equipment efficiency and tunneling progress. This paper introduces the origin of construction safety step of the tunnel, analyzes the practical construction mechanical equipment configuration and the working space requirement of high speed railway tunnel, and several engineering examples of adjusting construction safety step with good implementation effect are summarized. Finally, the necessity to adjust the construction safety step, adjustment scope and the necessary work are stated. The step adjustment reflects the concept of the dynamic tunnel construction idea, which not only ensures the construction safety, but also meets the engineering requirement according to the engineering conditions.
