摘要
非开挖管道修复技术在国内的应用日益增加,相比于传统的开挖修复,不仅对周围交通、环境影响小,而且具有较低的社会成本。针对福州市城区排水管网更新替换修复施工,建立了气动碎裂管法施工模型,通过改变碎管机头外径的大小,研究机头大小对周围土体变形的影响范围;根据不同的施工情况选择不同的碎裂管头,介绍流沙地层碎裂管法施工成套施工工艺。应用实践证明,修复效果显著。
The application of Trenchless Pipeline Repair Technology in China is increasing. Compared with the traditional excavation repair, it not only has little impact on the surrounding traffic and environment, but also has lower social cost. Aiming at the renewal, replacement and repair construction of drainage pipe network in Fuzhou City, this paper establishes the construction model of pneumatic broken pipe method. By changing the outer diameter of the pipe crusher head, this paper studies the influence range of the head size on the surrounding soil deformation. Different broken pipe head are chosen based on the different construction conditions, and then this paper puts forward a complete set of construction technology of broken pipe method in quicksand stratum.Practice has proven that the repair effect is remarkable.
