贵州省中小纺织企业发展研究分析

Research and analysis on the development of small and medium-sized textile enterprises in Guizhou Province

纺织行业在贵州省经济、社会发展过程中具有举足轻重的作用,但企业规模一般较小且普遍为劳动密集、高消耗、高投入、高排放的不可持续发展模式,导致核心竞争力不强。在中华人民共和国工业和信息化部提出在贵州建设化纤纺织全产业链一体化基地这一利好政策下,文章通过分析贵州省纺织业存在的问题:产品创新能力不足、企业发展融资困难、技术落后和人才匮乏等,提出健全金融对纺织业的支撑体系、优化完善配套政策支持以及创建校企协调合作中心等一系列对策建议。

The textile industry plays an important role in the economic and social development of Guizhou Province, but the scale of enterprises is generally small, and the unsustainable development model of labor-intensive, high consumption, high input and high emission leads to weak core competitiveness. Under the favorable policy that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China proposes to build an integrated base of the whole chemical fiber textile industry chain in Guizhou, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions, such as improving the financial support system for the textile industry, optimizing and perfecting the supporting policies, and establishing a school-enterprise coordination and cooperation center, by analyzing the problems existing in the textile industry in Guizhou Province: insufficient product innovation ability, enterprise development and financing difficulties, backward technology and lack of talents.
