大跨度铁路连续梁转体称重配重技术研究

摘要 桥梁转体法施工因具有施工工期短、成本低,特别是对既有铁路、公路和河流正常运营通行影响小等显著特点,近年来成为跨越既有交通线路及流河沟谷的常用或首选施工方法。某桥为大吨位、大跨度单线预应力混凝土铁路转体连续梁,文中介绍了在转体施工前进行的平衡称重、配重等内容的试验方法、过程和结果分析,通过相关测试和调整保证了转体梁施工的平稳、安全和质量,能对类似工程施工提供借鉴和指导。 The construction of bridge swivel method has become a common or preferred construction method for crossing existing traffie lines and river valleys in recent years due to its short construction period,low cost,especially less impact on the normal operation of existing railways,highways and rivers.A bridge is a large-tonnage,large-span single-line pre-stressed concrete railway swivel continuous beam.This paper introduces the test method,process and result analysis of balance weighing and counterweight before the swivel construction,which ensures the smoothness,safety and quality of the construction of the beam swivel through relevant tests and adjustments,and can provide reference and guidance for the construction of similar projects.
