摘要
旅游管理学生是否会留在所学行业就业会受到个人、行业、社会、家庭等多种因素影响。从职业障碍角度出发,在总结并对旅游管理本科生行业内就业的障碍性因素进行分类的基础上,探究感知职业障碍因素与职业意愿之间关系,以及专业类型、学校层次、学生年级及性别的作用。结果表明:(1)旅游管理本科生感知到的职业障碍因素由五个维度构成,分别是亲友障碍、工作条件与教学障碍、个人能力障碍、就业前景障碍和个人兴趣障碍;(2)感知职业障碍负向影响旅游管理学生职业意愿(r=-0.127***);(3)具体维度上看,个人能力障碍对旅游管理学生职业意愿的负面影响最大,就业前景障碍、工作条件与教学障碍、亲友社会障碍的影响次之,而个人兴趣障碍的影响不显著(r=0.376)。最后,从旅游企业、高校和管理部门等不同的角度提出了相应的建议。
Whether Hospitality and Tourism Management(HTM)undergraduates keep their careers in relative industries is depended on what they perceive on the H&T jobs,which is influenced by industries situation,parents and relatives,their professional education,and other factors.This study undertook an exploratory analysis about the factors from the perceived career barriers perspective,and then examined the relations between the barriers and their employment intention,and the effects of the specialty,classification of universities,grades and students’gender.It comes to the conclusions that,first,the perceived career barriers of HTM students consist of five dimensions,namely,family and friends barriers,working conditions and teaching barriers,personal competences,career prospects barriers,and personal professional interests barriers;second,these barriers held negative effects on their employment intentions significantly;last,specifically,the influence of personal competences showed the most relevant results on their intention,career prospects,working conditions and teaching barriers and family and friends barriers followed,while the effect of personal professional interests barriers was insignificant.Suggestions based on the above conclusion were put for industries,HTM education institutions and tourism management department.
