综合护理对胆结石患者术后疼痛及心理负性情绪的改善分析

Analysis of the improvement of postoperative pain and psychological negative mood in gallstone patients

目的:探讨为胆结石患者提供综合护理对于术后疼痛及心理负性情绪的改善情况。方法:选取70例接受手术治疗的胆结石患者,经随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各35例患者。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,研究组患者则接受综合护理干预,比较两组患者的术后疼痛及心理负性情绪改善情况。结果:相比于对照组,研究组患者重度疼痛人数明显减少(P<0.05),无痛人数明显增加(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前的HAMD评分、HAMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者护理后的HAMD评分、HAMA评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,研究组患者的护理总满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:为胆结石患者提供综合护理干预,能显著改善其术后疼痛程度、心理负性情绪,显著提高其护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the improvement of postoperative pain for gallstone patients and psychological negative emotions.Methods:70 gallstone patients were treated were divided into two groups by randomized digital table,with 35 patients in the control group and the study group.The control group received routine care intervention,while the study group received comprehensive care intervention to compare the postoperative pain and psychological negative mood improvement in the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the number of severe pain was significantly reduced(P<0.05)and painless pain increased(P<0.05).No HAMD and HAMA scores existed between the two groups(P>0.05);the HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Total care satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher when compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing comprehensive nursing intervention for gallstone patients can significantly improve their postoperative pain degree and psychological negative mood,and significantly improve their nursing satisfaction and deserve promotion.
