摘要
目的:探讨疫情时期临床医学生通过线上联合新线下教学方式在普外科临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选择在某医科大学第一附属医院普外科实习的临床及相关专业大学四年级本科生60名,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,各30名学生。观察组采用线上联合新线下(以问题为基础的教学、以病例导入式教学、以团队为导向教学、翻转课堂及参与式教学等)模式授课,对照组采用线下理论授课为主的传统模式授课。实习2周后,采用理论+临床技能考核及问卷调查形式评价两组学生对知识的掌握程度及对授课方式的满意度。结果:实习2周后,观察组学生临床技能考核总成绩较对照组明显提高,观察组学生对教学满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在疫情时期,线上联合新线下教学方式较传统线下教学方式可提高大学本科医学生在普外科临床的带教效果,提高临床实习学生的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical medical students in general surgery clinical teaching through online+new offline teaching methods during the epidemic period.Methods:A total of 60 fourth-year undergraduates in clinical and related majors who practiced in the general surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The observation group was taught in the mode of online+new offline(Problem-Based Learning,Case-Based Learning,Team-Based Learning,Flipped Classroom and Participating Leaching,etc.),while the control group was taught by offline theory-based teaching.Teaching in traditional mode.After 2 weeks of practice,the two groups of students'mastery of knowledge and satisfaction with the teaching method were evaluated by means of theory+clinical skills assessment and questionnaire survey.Results:After 2 weeks of practice,the total scores of the students in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and the teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the era of epidemic,the online+new offline teaching method can improve the teaching effect of undergraduate medical students in general surgery clinical practice and improve the satisfaction of clinical practice students compared with the traditional offline teaching method.
