摘要
由于神经外科脑血管疾病专科性强,患者病情复杂、病情变化快,临床实践难度较大,而临床实习时间较短(多为2~4周),如何很好地利用临床教学模式来弥补这些缺陷,是对带教老师提出的问题及要求。该文探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)联合可视化教学的临床教学效果,通过以学生为中心、以问题为引导、小组讨论的形式,带教老师为引导者,学生主动进行知识探索,培养自身“归纳”与“查新”能力、强调兴趣教学;结合影像融合技术将影像信息进行数字化综合处理,将可视化手术视频应用于临床教学实践中,强化学生对脑血管病介入手术的影像资料学习,带动实习医生主动学习的积极性。研究结果显示,PBL联合可视化教学可有效提高临床实习的教学质量。
The cerebrovascular disease is a special subject of the neurosurgery,the patients'conditions are complex and change quickly,the clinical practice is difficult,and the clinical practice time is short(mostly 2~4 weeks).How to make up for these defects is a problem and require we make the correct decision of teaching methods.We have developed problem-based learning(PBL)combined with visual teaching.In the form of student-centered,problem-guided and group discussion,with teachers as guiders,students have the initiative to explore knowledge.Cultivate the ability of"induction"and"novelty finding"to emphasize interest teaching.Combined with the image fusion technology,image information is digitized and comprehensively processed and visualized,which is widely used in clinical practice to strengthen students'learning of image data of interventional surgery of cerebrovascular diseases and drive the students'initiative of learning.The combination can effectively improve the teaching quality of clinical practice by visualizing the abstract anatomical knowledge by 3D images.Combining theory with practice and clarifying learning objectives in order to effectively improve the teaching quality of clinical practice.
